Fáilte Romhat, a Phríomhoide

Fearaimid Fáilte roimh an Uasal Brian O’Donoghue, atá ceapaithe ina phríomhoide ar Ghaelcholáiste an Chláir, Coláiste Pobail na hInse agus Coláiste Breisoideachais na hInse.

Roimhe seo, bhí sé ina leas-phríomhoide ar Coláiste Mhainchín i Luimneach. Tá céim onóracha ag an Uasal O’Donoghue ó Ollscoil Mhá Nuad. Tá Ard-Dioplóma Oideachais aige ó Choláiste na Trionóide agus Dioplóma Iarchéime i gCeannaireacht Oideachais ó Ollscoil Luimnigh. Tá Bitheolaíocht, Matamaitic agus Eolaíocht múinte aige agus tá suim mhór aige i gceoltóireacht agus i gcúrsaí spóirt.

Guímid rath ar an iarphríomhoide, an tUasal John Cooke, atá ceapaithe ina phriomhoide ar Choláiste na Coirbe i nGaillimh. Go n-éirí leis!

We are delighted to welcome Mr Brian O’Donoghue, who has been appointed Principal of Ennis Community College, Gaelcholáiste an Chláir and Ennis College of Further Education.

Formerly Deputy Principal of St Munchin’s College, in Corbally, Limerick, Mr O’Donoghue is an honours graduate from NUI Maynooth. He has a Higher Diploma in Education from Trinity College Dublin and a Graduate Diploma in Educational Leadership from University of Limerick. He has taught Biology, Mathematics and Science and he has a keen interest in musical performance and sport.

Our former principal, Mr John Cooke, has taken up a new position as Principal of Coláiste na Coirbe in Galway. We thank him for his contribution over the last number of years and wish him every success in his new role.
